What type of consulting is Ressense Cancer?
Ressense Cancer is an integrative consulting approach funded by Pilar de la Cruz, social psychologist trained at ROK Akademie in Vienna, specialized in emotional and body-based support for people going through cancer or trauma.
Throughout her path, she has integrated tools from coaching, mindfulness, Reiki, and trauma-sensitive and oncology yoga to create a holistic approach that reconnects body, mind, and energy.
Pilar has accompanied both patients and caregivers through different stages of the cancer journey — from diagnosis to recovery and palliative care — and I’ve seen how compassionate presence can deeply transform the experience of pain, fear, and uncertainty.
Ressense Cancer approach is not about fighting the illness, but about inhabiting the process with awareness, calm, and dignity.
I work 100 % online through Ressense – Qui-mío, a three-month integrative program aligned with the phases of cancer treatment: diagnosis, chemotherapy, and post-treatment recovery.
The space which is offered is one of gentle listening and safety — a place to reconnect with your body as an ally, your breath as a guide, and your energy as a source of life.
🪷 “Healing does not always mean removing pain — sometimes it means learning to live with it peacefully.”
What is Yoga for Cancer?
What is the Ressense – Qui Mío program?
Yoga for Cancer (Oncology Yoga) is a specialized, evidence-based approach to yoga designed to support people before, during, and after cancer treatment — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
It’s not just “gentle yoga.” It’s a therapeutic, trauma-sensitive practice developed with a deep understanding of the effects of cancer, chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and medication on the body and mind.

What is Reiki and how can it help me?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for energy balance and relaxation. It supports emotional release, physical healing, and holistic wellbeing.
For oncology patients, it can help relieve tension, improve sleep, and foster trust in the body.
It can also be offered as distance Reiki, with equally meaningful results. No efforts.
